1. Service Refunds
Since our services are customized for each client, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has been started or completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will review your concern to provide an appropriate resolution — which may include service corrections or partial refunds at our discretion.
2. Product Returns (If Applicable)
If you have purchased gardening products, tools, or materials directly from Yuba Landscaping, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note: Customized or perishable items (like plants or soil) cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a partial service charge.
